If there was only one thing I could bring to a deserted island it would be a camera. Maybe not a big surprise to anyone. It is interesting how much of a story a single image can tell.

Here is a small selection of my pictures from around the world. All pictures are available as prints on either photo paper or canvas. Prices vary depending on material, size and where on the planet you order from. Please send me a message if there is something you like. Thanks. - Jonas

Barbary Macaque, Gibraltar.

The barbary macaques (Macaca sylvanus) are the only wild primates in Europe and is found only in Gibraltar and a few locations around northern Africa. It is currently listed as ENDANGERED on the IUCN Red List.

Bornean Orangutan (Pongo pygmaeus), Borneo

Currently listed as Critically Endangered on the IUCN Red LIST.

These spiders can change color to blend in with the flowers they sit on, from vibrant yellow to almost bright white.

This colourful butterfly can be found from Europe to Japan.

Beautiful peaks of the Lofoten archipelago, norther Norway.

A favourite place for sure.

Common Cran (Grus grus)

Every sprin thousands of these cranes gather at Lake Hornborga in Sweden to rest, feed and dance.

Brown Pelican, Florida

There are a total of 8 species of pelicans in the world and the Brown pelican (Pelecanus occidentalis), is one of the two found in Florida (the other one is the American white pelican , Pelecanus erythrorhynchos).

Eurasian Oystercatcher (Haematopus ostralegus)

Red-eyed Tree frog (Agalychnis callidryas)

Found in neotropical rainforest of Central America and as far south as Columbia.

Despite many tropical amphibians going through big declines, the Red-eyed Tree frog is luckily still listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

European Tree frog (Hyla arborea), Sweden

What can I say, tree frogs are one of my favourite groups of animals to photograph. Horizontal versions of this frog can also be offered.
